HOME SWEET TEMPORARY HOME!

Well, I thought I would give my blogger friends a "sneak" preview of the home I am moving to.  This is a "step" to the next "step".  A temporary stay.  You ask why?  I'll tell you why........
I need time to look......to think.......to ponder.....to pray.  To know what the next chapter in our lives will be. I am leaving a home I have been in almost 17 years.  We are asking GOD to direct our steps....I know it is time to move on........

It does have a PORCH, which I'm thankful for...I LOVE PORCHES!  And it sits on 1 acre, half of it is woods.

The yard has a nice arbor....mmmm, I think it needs some white paint!

I LOVE the KITCHEN!  We are not moved in but I have enjoyed "fluffing" a bit.  I'm going for a simple french look.

A corner in the Family Room.......

My vignette of  VINTAGE MAIL BOXES.  I believe La Poste stands for  The Mail?

                                                      A pretty little teapot bling

                                                                 Family Room Mantle

We are not totally moved in as yet, but SOON!  I hope you have enjoyed some of the pics of our NEW-TEMPORARY destination.   When I have more time over the next few weeks, I will show you more !  Have a wonderful and blessed week~~~~~Roxie

  2. Hi Roxie, what a beautiful home . . . do not over do yourself. I know how hard it is to stop and rest when you are on a roll. Moving can be such a strenuous job. You are really making it lovely and giving it that, "Roxie lives here," look. Perfection:)

  8. Well it looks and sounds like a dream home to me! A beautiful setting, and gorgeous from the outside (a porch and an acre!), and such lovely large and light rooms - I hope you'll be happy there until you're ready for the next step.
