  1. Wow! You really found a lot of treasures. I especially like the old metal bed I've never seen one with that half circle shape. It will be fun to see what you do with all your finds. Before I close this . . . one more thing . . . you look adorable in your cowgirl hat, that is a very good look for you.. Have a great weekend, Connie :)

  7. Hi Roxie,
I just became your newest follower. I did the Endless Yard Sale this year for the first time...loved it!! I'm from Ohio, so we just traveled north on 127. I think I know where you saw the cows...we saw them too. They were coming up to the fence to check everyone out in this small little town. You found some great goodies!!

  8. Hi Roxie, you have made my day with the lovely comment you left. . . hearing this sweet and fantastic review from someone that I hold as a true junking sister has set me over the moon. It's very rewarding when you can take someone else's old junk and create something that you are proud of, but even more rewarding when others like it too. Thank you, Connie :)
P.S. Did you get a new hair cut? I'm going by your new profile photo . . . very up town chic. I need to get brave in the hair department and make a change.

  9. Hi Roxie!
I recognize some of those places! I looked at the screen door in the 2nd photo and thought it was too big for my front door. I remember those cows too! Ha! We did shop the same stretch of 127!
Your haul is amazing! I was exhausted after one day I can't imagine two!

    1. Kerin, you MUST plan on going!! My reply to KATHY gave me an idea so us fellow bloggers may know/see each other when on a famous yard sale! That would be a blast in itself! Maybe a PRETTY BRIGHT SHIRT~PINK or SPRING GREEN that says "BLOGGER QUEEN" or "BLOGGER PRINCESS" or JUNQUE ? Any ideas?

  16. Thank you for your sweet visit on my blog! Everything is back as it was before the break in, so now my shop is open again. If you are ever in Sweden I would love to have you as a visitor in Tant Groens Lilla Bod:).
Second hand shops do exist in Sweden, but yard sales or road sales, like the one you describe so beautifully with your pictures and words are unfortunately a lot more rare than in the US. I would love to experience one for myself one day:).
I wish you a wonderful week with lots and lots of blessed moments! Be back soon.
