SWEET SUE'S PINK and WHITE POLKA DOTS

                          This is a quick update on "SWEET SUE" (unofficial name)!

I'm taking Sue to a show this weekend.  I haven't had time to "decorate" her inside yet but.......I decided to play around and add a little color to her on the outside.  Nothing fancy.....simple.  Just a little color......

So I asked my friend Candie, What can I do  to give her some color or simple change at this time?  I don't want to spend a lot of $$$$?
See, Hubby is going to do some work on her this winter.....improve her appearance, etc.  She just needs a little boost, pick me upper for right now.




Her answer to me was  ??????........WHAT????   Do I Dare?
Well....So I did!!!        I added this stripe......PINK and WHITE POLKA DOTS!!  What do ya think?



I'm not quite finished yet..........I have some trimmin' to do!

You're not seeing things.......YES.....It's DUCT TAPE!  I said DUCT TAPE.  It cost me a grand total of $3.00.  And the good thing is I can change it anytime I want.... to another DUCT TAPE design!

I know this brings out the Red Neck-Hillbilly girl that I am but hey, Why not have fun with Sweet Sue now?  I don't have to worry about messin' up her paint job!  She's like my favorite past time with paper dolls........I can change her as often as I like.......except she's a tin can!

    I love it!!!!! So sweet. Woooo Hoooo you have the cutest canned ham ever!!!! The duck tape is genius so you can change her up anytime you want. I love the polka dots. Ohhhhhhh I just love her. Enjoy.

    You are brilliant . . . that is the best idea that I have heard in a long, long, time. Duct tape is so durable and now that you can find it in gorgeous colors . . . well, it's perfect. I love polka dots and they look to pretty wrapped around her middle. Genius, that what it is! I think you did a great job deciding on the name, too. Now she needs a pink polka dot awning, better get your sewing machine out :)

    That's a cute caravan....what is she, '50s? I like the enhancement which gives her some interest and at a super low price - that bit is very cool!

    Roxie...I love the pink and white polka dots!! Gotta love what they are doing with duct tape now. My daughter hit a raccoon and it cracked her bumper, so she put Hello Kitty duct tape on the bumper...it's too cute!

    Sweet.....I have seen that duct tape in different colors and desiqns and thought about getting some to make cards with. Still in the thought process though. I like your idea for your little camper, it really brought out it's character and it would be fun to change tape now and then.

    Lovely! pink really is one of my favourite colours it suggests romance and the idea of packing a picnic basket, some home made lemonade and just setting off in Sweet Sue for a long lazy hazy summer day is just wonderful. Sally x
