Took a little road trip over the weekend in the Nashville, TN area. Here are a few pictures from the trip......Recognize this? Remember the PIG that Frank wore?

Visited ANTIQUE ARCHAEOLOGY-American Pickers Place in Nashville. It's located at the HISTORIC MARATHON MOTORS BLDG. Neat place to see!

Visited family-They have been restoring a 200+ year old LOG CABIN. Almost finished. There is also a picture of their BARN. So simple and peaceful....

THE FRONT DOOR

COLOR SUGGESTION.....

I am getting ready to PAINT my FRONT DOOR and Shutters. I wish to keep my SHUTTERS WHITE (coz I love white!) but I want a NEW COLOR for the FRONT DOOR. Even though it doesn't look like it in the picture (sun shining on roof) I have some dark gray in the roof with Brown.
I believe I want to go more neutral so I am thinking DARK CHARCOAL GRAY or DARK GRAY or DARK Gray-green. Or maybe I will just go with WHITE! I know, it's a lot of white...but I love WHITE! My color accents for my porch pillows and swing cushions will have main color of PINK (with some other color. I am still looking for pillows, cushions yet. My FRONT DOOR NOW is BLUE-GRAY. It's been there for 15 years...Time to change. ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR ME???? I am open to great minds and talents out there!! From one sweetie to another....Roxie

WISTERIA HYSTERIA

My WISTERIA is BEAUTIFUL this year, so I wanted to share it with my friends!  It's just coming in, so there will be more clusters over the next week.  WISTERIA can be funny-some years it does better than other years.  I am hysterically HAPPY it's doing well this spring.  The fragrant sweet smell is wonderful and carries throughout the yard.........From one sweetie to another.....Roxie

FABULOUS FIND(S) ALERT!!! - SHADES OF SPRINGTIME

Pretty colors for the Spring and Easter Time!  I know the vintage metal chair is quite rusty, but the design on the back of the chair says it all!  This FAB FIND gives credit to my PICKER HUBBY (I taught him well).

Price????    $1.00  one-dollar.....Great accent piece for the garden....It's a keeper (for now)

Next, is the vintage wheelbarrow.....such a cheerful Blue......LOOOVVVE IT!     I think the tagged price speaks for itself.     TOTAL FABULOUS FINDS=$6.00
