The Beautiful one-of -a-kind Mulberry Tree.........when I look at you, memories of my Daddy come to me so strong.  For he loved this old tree and admired it so.  You stand so gracious and proud in his memory.
The times my little boy and sometimes his friends, made you their tree house hide-a-way.  Oh how they loved climbing those low, thick branches and could not be seen for the thickness of the leaves.  You made Coreys childhood so fun...

I have so enjoyed my 17 years in my home........being on land that once belonged to my parents, raising and watching my son grow up there.  Wonderful memories of family and friends.  But there are SEASONS in life and  SEASONS mean CHANGE.  My husband of almost 7 years, Ken and I are venturing on a NEW direction for our lives.  We are not sure what the future holds but we know GOD holds our future!
Thank you Lord, for saving my soul, healing my body and giving me the desires of my heart...............I will miss you my Sweet Farmhouse........you have been a blessing....you have been "my home".        Roxie

DOVE and ROOSTER LOVE!

I want to share the WONDERFUL GIFTS I have received from two of my BLOGGER FRIENDS.  This first one is a pretty, white "BLING" DOVE bird ornament with gorgeous feathers. Just my style! VICKIES HOME TOUR-PART 2

WELCOME  to Vickies' Home (from 2 chicks and a truck) Part 2.  This area is at the top of the stairs on a large landing.

This Beautiful extra-large FLORIST SIGN is wonderful.  It hangs on the left wall as you come up the stairs.

Take a left at the top of the stairs and this is her MASTER BEDROOM.  Isn't this Beautiful?

HOME SWEET TEMPORARY HOME!

Well, I thought I would give my blogger friends a "sneak" preview of the home I am moving to.  This is a "step" to the next "step".  A temporary stay.  You ask why?  I'll tell you why........
I need time to look......to think.......to ponder.....to pray.  To know what the next chapter in our lives will be. I am leaving a home I have been in almost 17 years.  We are asking GOD to direct our steps....I know it is time to move on........

It does have a PORCH, which I'm thankful for...I LOVE PORCHES!  And it sits on 1 acre, half of it is woods.

The yard has a nice arbor....mmmm, I think it needs some white paint!

I LOVE the KITCHEN!  We are not moved in but I have enjoyed "fluffing" a bit.  I'm going for a simple french look.
